MILLENNIALS CLUB

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

How Millennials Club (MCO) handles information when you browse, create an account, and take part in the club.

Account and profile information

When you create an account, you provide an email address, password and display name. Supabase Auth handles authentication, email confirmation and password recovery. MCO keeps an account-linked member record to support your profile, membership status and access to club features.

You may add a biography, location, occupation, social links and personal answers to your profile or Slambook. Only share information you are comfortable making public. Your login email is not included in the public member directory or public profile.

Public profiles and Slambooks

Approved profiles with a public handle can be visited without signing in. Their display name, handle, profile answers, social links and public role or membership badge may appear on profile pages, the Member Book or homepage features.

Publishing a Slambook makes its answers and design available on public Slambook and member pages. Draft book designs are not included in the public Slambook collection. Some answers, including your motto, favourite song and perfect weekend, also appear in your public profile independently of the book's publication status. Saving a book as a draft does not make those shared profile fields private.

Membership applications and payment information

Membership requests include your account details, any application note you provide and the request's review status. If you submit payment proof, MCO records the payment method, reference, optional note and receipt image you supply, along with payment and review status. These records support membership review and payment verification; they are not public profile content.

Authorised administrators can review application and payment details. Your own membership page shows your request status and a limited payment summary. Full payment references and receipt images are restricted to authorised review access. Do not include passwords or unrelated sensitive information in notes or receipts.

Shop orders and delivery

When you redeem points in the Shop, MCO records the items, quantities, points used, order status and delivery details. Delivery details include a recipient name, phone number, address and any optional postal code or delivery notes. They support order handling and delivery, and are available in your own order history and to authorised Shop administrators, not in the public product catalogue.

Content you contribute

  • Gallery uploads include photos or videos, titles, captions and related submission information. Pending or rejected submissions are restricted to their owner and authorised reviewers. Approved media, captions and author attribution are public.
  • Magazine submissions include story text, category, title and any cover image. Unpublished submissions are available to their author and authorised reviewers; approved stories and author attribution appear publicly in the Magazine.
  • Question Wall questions and comments, and Club Feed posts and comments, are public community content. They may show your display name and link to your public handle. Feed likes are recorded against your account; Question Wall reactions currently last only in the browser view.

Do not post other people's private information without permission. Public content can be viewed or copied by others; changing or removing it on MCO cannot remove copies held elsewhere.

Club activity, referrals and notifications

MCO records event reservations and attendance, points activity and Shop redemptions. Ranked game results and member challenges support rankings, challenge results and eligible rewards. Public leaderboards show member names and scores; member challenge details are shown to the participants.

Referral codes connect a joining account to the referring member and support referral counts and eligible bonuses. Admin-issued invitations record their creator, use and joining account to manage membership access. Referral links and invitation codes are shareable, so share them with care.

Account-specific notifications support membership decisions, payment steps, points, orders and other club activity. MCO records whether you have read them. Authentication emails come through the authentication service; membership payment instructions may be sent to your account email using the configured email service or handled manually by the club team.

Cookies, browser storage and external content

The site uses cookies for authentication, account recovery and pending referrals. Browser storage may remember a referral code while you join. Blocking or clearing this storage may affect sign-in or referral handling; it does not delete information already saved to your account.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and can embed videos from YouTube. Some images or media may load from external sources. Your browser connects to those providers when loading that content, and their privacy practices apply to those connections. Following external links takes you to sites with their own policies.

Service providers and access controls

MCO uses Supabase for authentication, application data and file storage, and Vercel to host the application. The email integration uses Resend for membership emails when configured. These services process information needed to provide their respective functions.

The application checks sign-in, ownership, membership and administrator permissions for restricted features. Public pages receive selected public information rather than full member records. Private submissions and payment receipts have restricted viewing routes. No online service can guarantee complete security; protect your credentials and avoid putting sensitive details in public content.

Retention and your choices

Account, membership, order, activity and submission records are stored to support the club's features and administration. The current application does not define one automatic deletion period for all of these records. This policy does not promise a fixed retention period or immediate deletion of every record when you stop using the site.

You can edit your own profile and Slambook, choose whether to publish your book, and use the available editing or removal controls for your submissions. Published Gallery and Magazine content may require administrator help to change. For access, correction, removal or other privacy concerns, see Contact MCO for currently listed contact details. Any rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
